Cancellation Policy

1. If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for. Not valid for rates with special booking conditions, like Hot Deal, Promotion Rate, Advanced Booking Rate and Special Rate.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.

Garage: We offer our guests reduced parking tickets for the public garage Otto-Wagner-Place (appr. 5 minutes walking distance from the pension).You can drive into the garage when you arrive and pull a parking ticket. At the reception you will receive a hotel parking card (1 day - 24 hours for Euro 16,-- / 2 days - 48 hours for Euro 32,-- / 3 days - 72 hours for Euro 48,--). At your depature the fee of the pulled parking ticket will be booked on the hotel parking card and then you are able to drive out of the garage. If you should exceed the validity of the card, you have to pay the balance directly at the garage.
