Description

An art deco building with recently built apartments the opera house, Naschmarkt and the secession. The city centre as well as the most important sights of interest are within walking distance, the Underground station Karlsplatz is a few minutes away. Here you can also rent per day or week, prices on request. Garage is available. Equipment of the apartments with Parquet or carpet, central heating , Kitchen with appliances (dishwasher/washing machine). Each apartment has a telephone connection with Internet access, fax available on request. Bed linen and towels and kitchen equipment are in the apartments. Weekly cleaning. Our guests have access to our roof terrace.


Cancellation Policy

1. If not mentioned differently above, cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the whole amount must be paid for. Not valid for rates with special booking conditions, like Hot Deal, Promotion Rate, Advanced Booking Rate and Special Rate.
2. The contract is concluded between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
4. For reservations with more than 3 rooms different hotel cancelation rules apply.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations are valid for this reservation
5. All above mentioned conditions are valid only for FIT reservations (except New Years Period). In case of group reservations special conditions are mentioned seperate. If not the the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
